Information Berkely (“We”) will collect: We collect Personal Information when you submit to us a request for information, complete an application, claim form, online form, or survey. We retain Personal Information for only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the stated purpose(s), or as required by laws and regulations. We also collect email addresses of those who communicate with us via email. We do not sell or share your personal information or e-mail addresses to any third party for purposes of marketing. II. Information we may disclose to affiliated and non-affiliated third parties: We do not sell, trade, or give away your personal information for purposes of marketing.
